I live in League City, Texas, and I graduated from Austin Peay State University. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Language and double minored in International Relations and Fine Art. In 2008, at the same institution, I completed a Master of Arts degree in Teaching and graduated with a 4.0 GPA. I specialized in the Spanish language throughout my graduate studies. Naturally, as I am a native of Central America, I am a qualified guide. For ten years, I have taught Spanish to people in classrooms, from elementary school to college. I have also instructed ESL adults who migrated or sought refuge in the United States. In my career, I have acted as an interpreter for the state of Tennessee. I have also coached reading skills. My education has led me to many different countries. I have been to Mexico and Spain as well as to forty other nations. My desire to teach is strong. I want my students to remember me. I want a lifelong impact on every person I encounter.In my spare time, I like to create oil paintings. At home, I read, cook, sew, and decorate. Traveling is obviously a very big interest for me, as I've been to so many places.
